Here is a list of my top 10 Mother’s Day gifts to bring inspiration and motivation to that special mom in your life.

Every mom deserves a thoughtful gift for Mother’s Day. When my boys were little I would always tell my husband that the only gifts I wanted for Mother’s Day were gifts they made themselves. I have kept every single gift made for me from my boys up to now (well those that have survived thus far). From homemade photo collages, to a blanket ladder, hand painted pictures, to my very own vegetable garden. These are just some of the special gifts from my boys (and hubby) that today hold great value and sentiment to me. There truly is something special about a handmade and thought out gift from your children.

As my children get older, the hand painted pots and photo collages are not something I see my teen boys spending a whole lot of time creating.  This actually makes me tear as I type this, as I realize how quickly time flies and how grown my boys now are. I might not get a handmade gift this year, but I most definitely would love a gift that would motivate me and inspire me to grow to be a better mom for them.
